Summit Ridge - Pressurized Irrigation Situation

Good afternoon Summit Ridge residents,

We regret to inform you that just a couple of hours ago we had an electrical motor failure on our Summit Ridge water well.

We also have another one of our wells that is currently not running, but is in the process of being rebuilt this afternoon/evening (Saturday, July 9th).

We ask that you please turn off your sprinkler system for the next day or two to help conserve water.

We want our residents to know that our well repair company, as well as the Mayor, our public works crews, and other city staff are working overtime, and through the next 12-24 hours as needed, to improve the overall pressure irrigation water supply situation.

We anticipate that the pressure irrigation system in Summit Ridge may not have water at some time this evening or overnight tonight.

We are working to remedy this situation and will do all that we can to restore PI water service just as soon as we can.

We certainly apologize for this unforeseen situation and want you to know that we are doing all that we can possibly do to resolve these problems.
