The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Jason Preston, Jason Preston for Congress, refunded $3,100 to Jared Dalton on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Jason Preston for Congress has refunded $3,100 total since April 1.
