Utah Valley University head women’s soccer coach Chris Lemay announced on May 18 a challenging non-conference schedule for the 2026 season as the program prepares for its first year in The Big West Conference.

The team will play nine non-conference matches before starting league play, with seven home games at UCCU Stadium and two neutral-site matches in Hawaii. The home lineup includes Michigan, Utah, Utah State, Kansas, BYU, San Diego State, and Weber State. Utah Valley will also face Washington State and New Mexico State in Oahu.

Lemay said, “We have worked hard to create a non-conference schedule that will challenge our players and prepare them for conference competition. We are also proud to continue to showcase our beautiful stadium against some of the nation’s top programs at home. The players are really looking forward to the opportunity to play two great matches in the Aloha State. The only two non-conference matches that will not be played at home will be played in Hawaii and provide a cool experience for the team.”

Key matchups include Michigan’s first-ever trip to Orem on Aug. 13 and an in-state rivalry game against Utah on Aug. 17. Other highlights feature contests with recent conference champions such as Utah State and NCAA Tournament participants like Kansas and BYU.

Utah Valley’s full Big West Conference schedule is expected to be released soon. Season tickets for games at UCCU Stadium go on sale July 1.
