Utah Valley baseball will return home for a three-game series against Cal State San Bernardino at UCCU Ballpark, with the first game scheduled for Friday, March 28, at 6:05 p.m. MT. The series continues on Saturday and concludes on Sunday.

The matchup is notable as it marks the first meeting between Utah Valley and Cal State San Bernardino. The Wolverines have a strong record against non-Division I opponents, holding a 22-16 all-time mark and remaining undefeated in such matchups since the 2010 season.

All three games will be broadcast on ESPN+ and local radio stations. Jordan Bianucci will provide play-by-play commentary alongside Zach Burrows on Friday and Saturday, while Donnie Saba joins the broadcast team on Sunday. Fans can also access live stats through GoUVU.com.

In their most recent outing, Utah Valley was swept by Stanford but saw solid performances from Mason Strong, who went six-for-16 with a home run and five RBIs; Kaden Carpenter contributed two home runs; and Hunter Katschke drove in seven runs with two doubles and a home run over the weekend. Jacob Heppner delivered a seven-inning performance allowing just two runs in one of the games against Stanford.

Cal State San Bernardino enters the weekend with a record of 14-12 after winning its last nine games. The Coyotes recently swept Cal State Los Angeles by outscoring them 62-23 over four games. Their offense is averaging more than ten runs per game this season, while several players are hitting above .400 with double-digit home runs.

Looking ahead, Utah Valley is set to face its first in-state rival of the season when Utah visits UCCU Ballpark next Tuesday night.
