This is the highest average salary per county earned by coaches at Utah post-secondary schools during 2022.

Utah County is home to two post-secondary schools that paid coaches during 2022. Among them, Brigham Young University stood out with the highest average coaching salary of $380,061.

Male coaches of men's teams received $407,933 on average in Utah County, while female coaches in charge of women's teams earned an average of $164,444.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
