Graduates earn 52 degrees from Stevens-Henager College

About 73.1 percent of the 52 degrees and certificates handed out by Stevens-Henager College in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Haven conferred 33 associate's degrees and 5 bachelor's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in surgical technology/technologist. Data shows the school gave out 12 associate's degrees in surgical technology/technologist, followed by 11 associate's degrees in nursing education and 10 associate's degrees in medical/clinical assistant.

The college enrolled 200 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
