On Saturday, Feb. 28, Ross Reeves, a former Orem High School basketball standout, helped guide the Nova Southeastern Sharks to a 92-73 victory against the Florida Southern Moccasins.
The 6′4″ graduate guard posted 24 points, nine rebounds and three assists across 38 minutes on the court.
Maria Jose ‘MJ’ Barragan ended her season by finishing tied for eleventh place at the NCAA Louisville Regional golf tournament. Head coach Carrie Roberts praised Barragan’s effort throughout both this event and her overall season performances.
The BYU Cougars women’s track and field team will compete at their first-ever Big 12 Championships from May 14-16 in Tucson. Athletes are entered across numerous events with several holding top marks within both school history and current conference standings.
These former Utah County area high school standouts will be competing on Thursday, May 14.
