On Wednesday, June 4, former Pleasant Grove High School standout Ernesto Lugo-Canchola’s current collegiate team the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks won 5-13 against the Tampa Spartans in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.
The game took place at USA Baseball National Training Complex at 6 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Tampa Spartans in the tournament.
The Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks’ next game will take place on Thursday, June 5 at 3 p.m. at USA Baseball National Training Complex.
