On Saturday, March 14, at 3 p.m., former American Fork High School standout Jett Walker contributed to the Colorado Mesa Mavericks’ 18-8 victory over the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves in their NCAA Division II baseball contest.
Rawlings Field was the setting for this matchup, which marked the third meeting between these teams this season. Earlier on Saturday, March 14, the Mavericks also secured a 5-2 win against the ThunderWolves.
Walker pitched 2.2 innings and tallied three strikeouts during the game.
The Mavericks are set to face the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves again at Rawlings Field on Sunday, March 15, with the game scheduled for 12 p.m.
