Former Timpview High School basketball standout Brooke Eyre helped the Colorado Mesa Mavericks secure a 65-64 win over Texas Woman’s Pioneers Monday, March 16, in the NCAA Division II Tournament.

The matchup was held at Kitty Magee Arena at 6 p.m.

Eyre recorded eight points, five rebounds and two assists over 32 minutes on the court.

The Mavericks are scheduled to play again Tuesday, March 24, at 10 a.m. at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.
