BYU softball earned a 10-1 run-rule victory against Utah Tech in the second game of its Trailblazer Classic doubleheader at Karl Brooks Field on Friday, Mar. 13.

The win is significant for BYU, which improved to a record of 7-18 overall and remains winless in Big 12 conference play. The Cougars started strong by scoring five runs in the first inning and continued to build their lead throughout the game.
