On Friday, March 13, Brooke Eyre, a former Timpview High School star, contributed to her current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, as they secured an 80-45 win over the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The contest was held at Kitty Magee Arena at 11 a.m. and marked the first tournament meeting with the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals.

The Colorado Mesa Mavericks are set to play their next game on Saturday, March 14 at 4 p.m. in Kitty Magee Arena.
